10-4 Logistics USA is seeking entry-level CDL-A drivers for regional dry van routes. This opportunity is suitable for recent Class A truck driver graduates seeking predictable regional schedules, 100% no-touch freight, and professional representation of the company.

Regional schedule with typically two days home every other week.

Late-model Freightliner tractors with automatic transmissions.

Primary responsibilities

Safe operation: Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.

Timely transport: Deliver dry van freight on assigned regional routes according to schedule and customer requirements.

Vehicle inspections: Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects or maintenance needs promptly.

Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation.

Communication: Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers as required.

Freight handling: Ensure proper load securement and follow handling procedures for dry van freight.

Incident reporting: Report accidents, delays, safety concerns, or compliance issues immediately and cooperate with investigations.
Minimum qualifications

Valid CDL-A (Class A) license.

Completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months.

Minimum age: 21 years.
