A call comes in about a potential nonconformance—you pull the data, run trends, and guide the team through a 5 Why to isolate the root cause. By afternoon, you’re tuning a control plan, mentoring a teammate on inspection techniques, and preparing a concise quality performance brief for leadership. That’s a typical day as our Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer.

What you will make happen

• Design and roll out quality control processes that protect product integrity from incoming materials to finished goods.
• Lead routine inspections and audits across production lines and on final product to verify compliance and capability.
• Study quality data and KPIs to spot trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain to resolve issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Compile clear, data-backed quality reports and present your findings and recommendations to management.
• Continuously track industry standards and best practices to strengthen our quality program.
• Coach and mentor team members on QA procedures, documentation, and problem-solving methods.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience as a Quality Engineer or in a closely related quality role.
• Deep familiarity with quality control methodologies, tools, and measurement systems.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Working proficiency with quality management software and statistical analysis tools.
• Clear, confident communication—written and verbal.
• A collaborative mindset and ease working on cross-functional teams.
