Picture your morning at Potter Global Technologies: a fresh set of work orders arrives, you map out priorities, and within minutes you’re on the move—locating parts with precision, verifying counts, and setting our production teams up for a successful day. As our Warehouse Materials Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be the linchpin connecting inventory to the production floor and outbound shipments, ensuring every component is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

What Your Day Looks Like

  • Retrieve products from assigned storage locations and stage them for production or shipment.
  • Interpret work orders or verbal directions to determine which materials and containers to pick, package, and ship.
  • Match item specifications to orders and confirm exact quantities before packing.
  • Pack materials according to defined requirements, adding protective materials to prevent in-transit damage.
  • Create shipping labels, confirm addresses, and complete all required shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate with carriers to schedule timely pickups and ensure smooth dispatch.
  • Inspect items during pick and pack to catch defects or discrepancies early.
  • Update inventory levels in the inventory management system and escalate shortages or overages as needed.
  • Collaborate with teammates to meet daily shipping targets and keep production on track.
  • Pitch in with additional tasks to support team objectives and project timelines.

Your Strengths

  • Comfort performing repetitive motions with lightweight parts (up to 10 pounds per part).
  • Strong time management; you reliably meet deadlines and keep work moving.
  • Respectful, team-first communication and collaboration.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions from an operations manual.

Location & Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site role in Hazelwood, MO. You’ll work approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Occasionally, hours may shift to support project schedules.
