• Primary responsibilities
  • Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess life and health insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions.
  • Schedule and conduct client consultations by phone or virtual meeting platforms; manage follow-up communications and next steps.
  • Explain product features, benefits, exclusions, and pricing plainly and professionally to support informed client decisions.
  • Assist clients in completing and submitting applications; monitor underwriting progress and coordinate with internal operations as needed.
  • Review existing client policies and recommend adjustments or additional coverage when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential client records and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Meet individual performance targets and contribute to team objectives within a remote work environment.
  • Remain current on product offerings, regulatory changes, and industry developments to ensure compliant, knowledgeable service.
• Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Active life and health insurance license.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a client-focused professional approach.
• Preferred qualifications and attributes
  • Prior sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to a small team.
  • Self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
