10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Shreveport, LA. Opportunities are available across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, with routes operating primarily east of I‑35. Typical duties

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT and company rules.
• Haul no‑touch dry van freight, primarily drop‑and‑hook (approximately 70%), for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Experienced drivers are welcome; recent CDL graduates with at least 120 hours of instruction are eligible for paid training.
• Satisfactory driving record and a strong safety focus.
• Able to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
