Outcomes you’ll drive

• Ready-to-run machines: Configure and calibrate the turret press for each job.
• First-part success: Interpret blueprints/specs to choose tooling and parameters that hit tolerance on the first try.
• Uptime and quality: Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot to keep performance stable.
• Consistent results: Monitor production and fine-tune settings to protect quality standards.
• Smarter processes: Collaborate with peers to reduce setup time and elevate productivity.
• Traceability: Document setups, production metrics, and maintenance with precision.
• Safety first: Work cleanly and follow all safety procedures.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; bonus points for machining/technical certification.
• Proven background as a CNC turret press operator/technician or in a comparable CNC role.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining methods and tooling practices.
• Ability to read and apply blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Detail-oriented problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Team-oriented communicator who supports shared goals.
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards.
