Compensation & benefits
- $1,100–$1,400 per week (varies by experience and miles)
- Pay per mile: $0.56–$0.64 depending on experience
- Trainee pay: $650+ per week during 4–6 weeks of OTR training (for drivers with under six months’ experience)
- Stop pay: $15 per stop
- Monthly bonus: $0.06 per mile for drivers who exceed 9,200 miles in a month, maintain no accidents, and achieve 7 MPG fuel economy

Minimum qualifications
- Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
- Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
- Fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
- No DUI, felony, or relevant misdemeanor convictions within the last 5 years
- No involuntary termination from most recent employment for cause
- Solid work history with generally at least 6 months of employment in the last year and at least 1 year in the last 3 years; reasonable gaps for school or training acceptable
- Ability to pass both urine and hair pre‑employment drug screens
Training and support
