Your impact
As a computer-integrated machining operator, you’ll blend hands-on craftsmanship with automated systems to achieve high yield, tight tolerances, and consistent quality.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor automated equipment; manage materials to keep production flowing
- Perform line clearance, assemblies, changeovers, optical tool inspections, and mechanical/negative checks
- Inspect parts using gauges and fixtures; apply statistical methods to oversee quality
- Troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency
- Adhere to SOPs and Good Manufacturing/Documentation Practices; complete required training and documentation
- Meet role requirements and support continuous and regulatory improvement initiatives
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Onsite, 2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM EST
- No sponsorship or relocation available
Preferred profile
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Microsoft Office Suite familiarity
- Organized, detail-focused, reliable, and collaborative
Technical competencies
- Die attach/bonding processes
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting; general equipment diagnostics
- CNC tooling, programming, and troubleshooting
- Production run setups and manual machining
- Tool/die/mold setup and repair
