Responsibilities
Provide clear explanations and educate customers about their HVAC systems, offering preventive maintenance tips and energy-saving recommendations.
Diagnose and repair malfunctioning air conditioning systems, gas and oil furnaces, gas and oil boilers, zoning systems, hydronic heating systems, and other HVAC equipment.
Recommend appropriate solutions and discuss repair or replacement options with customers.
Achieve a high first-time fix rate by accurately diagnosing issues and completing repairs efficiently.
Participate in the on-call rotation schedule for emergency service requests.
Remain flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and assignments.
Maintain accurate service records, work performed, and parts used within the ServiceTitan platform.
Maintain punctuality and attendance standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
ServiceTitan experience preferred.
Experience upselling services and recommending replacement options.
Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Computer proficiency and ability to use electronic devices for scheduling, invoicing, and communication.
Ability to work on ladders.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
