Responsibilities

  • Provide clear explanations and educate customers about their HVAC systems, offering preventive maintenance tips and energy-saving recommendations.

  • Diagnose and repair malfunctioning air conditioning systems, gas and oil furnaces, gas and oil boilers, zoning systems, hydronic heating systems, and other HVAC equipment.

  • Recommend appropriate solutions and discuss repair or replacement options with customers.

  • Achieve a high first-time fix rate by accurately diagnosing issues and completing repairs efficiently.

  • Participate in the on-call rotation schedule for emergency service requests.

  • Remain flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and assignments.

  • Maintain accurate service records, work performed, and parts used within the ServiceTitan platform.

  • Maintain punctuality and attendance standards.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience.

  • ServiceTitan experience preferred.

  • Experience upselling services and recommending replacement options.

  • Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Computer proficiency and ability to use electronic devices for scheduling, invoicing, and communication.

  • Ability to work on ladders.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
