The Opportunity

Transwest Mobile Fleet Solutions is hiring a field-based sales professional focused on buildinglong-term fleet partnerships through recurring maintenance and repair solutions.

This role is not about one-time sales. It is about developing trusted relationships with fleet operators and transitioning customers onto a service platform designed to support uptime, predictability, and long-term operational success.

You will work directly with fleet managers, operations leaders, and business owners to implement ongoing service programs that keep their equipment running and their businesses moving.

What You’ll Do

  • Acquire and develop commercial fleet customers

  • Introduce and implement recurring fleet maintenance solutions

  • Build long-term customer relationships focused on uptime and reliability

  • Convert BDR-generated leads into active service partnerships

  • Conduct on-site fleet evaluations and recommend service programs

  • Support onboarding and remain engaged to ensure long-term success

  • Grow accounts through trust, performance, and consistent service delivery

Compensation

  • Base Salary:$50,000

  • OTE:$120,000 – $150,000+

  • Uncapped commissions tied to recurring revenue growth

  • Mileage reimbursement
