Do you like seeing the results of your work moving off the line—precise, clean, and packaged to spec? Imagine this scenario: a press completes its cycle, you open the gate, remove the part, trim with care, and run a fast in‑process check against the MCP. If something’s off, you apply secondary processing or rework to bring it back into spec. You keep the line flowing and jump in to help nearby stations when they need a hand.
Your Mission
- Operate molding equipment as assigned; open gates, remove and trim parts, and verify quality before packing.
- Perform in‑process inspections per MCP and complete secondary operations and rework when required.
- Record performance metrics every shift: good parts, scrap, and downtime—with the intent to beat targets.
- Package finished goods exactly as outlined in the MCP.
- Study and follow operating manuals, work instructions, master samples, process alerts, and procedures.
- Keep each press area safe, orderly, and audit‑ready through disciplined 5S housekeeping.
When You’ll Work
Third Shift, Monday through Friday, 11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.
What Sets You Up for Success
- High School diploma or GED (exceptions require Management approval).
- No experience needed—paid training provided.
- Can‑do attitude, excellent attention to detail, and reliable follow‑through.
- Ability to learn and use company systems and standard procedures.
- Comfortably lift up to 30 lbs. safely.
- Clear written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and good, timely judgment.
- Read and interpret company forms accurately.
- Offer and receive feedback constructively; participate in job development training.
