  • Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (~$92,000 annually).
  • Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
  • Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).

  • Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes serving the Eastern U.S. corridor east of I-35, operating from an Asheville, NC hub.
  • Home Time: Home weekly with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
  • Premium Trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors; strict no slip-seating policy.
  • Driver Comfort: Each tractor is equipped with APUs, 1500-watt inverters, and factory refrigerators.

• Qualifications & Requirements
  • License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
  • Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and an active DOT Medical Card.
  • Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
  • Experience — Entry-Level Route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor and tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 are available.
