Looking for a dedicated driving position that gets you home every day and pays a guaranteed weekly minimum? 365 Freight USA is hiring Class A CDL drivers in the Jessup, Pennsylvania and Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania areas for a dedicated home daily opportunity hauling pet supplies. You will run an overnight schedule within Pennsylvania, with 100% drop and hook freight and no touch freight, and return home after each run.

What We Offer

• Guaranteed pay of $1,600 for a minimum of five days worked per week
• Average weekly gross pay of $1,600, with the potential to earn $2,000 or more by working a sixth or seventh day
• Daily pay at $0.84 per mile, roughly $320 per day
• Home daily, with overnight runs and your tractor parked at the customer location during home time
• $75 layover pay
• $150 per day breakdown pay when away from home
• Holiday pay of $600, with six holiday opportunities

Route and Schedule Details

• Running area: statewide within Pennsylvania
• Average weekly miles: 1,700 to 1,900
• Freight: pet supplies, hauled in 53-foot dry van trailers
• Equipment: conventional or day cab tractors, depending on the route
• Freight handling: 100% drop and hook, with no touch freight and no live loading or unloading by the customer
• Deadhead: 0%
• Shift: late evening through overnight, following the customer's overnight schedule
• Number of pickups and stop-offs varies by route
• Slip seating is possible depending on the route

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer on assigned overnight routes throughout Pennsylvania
• Pick up and deliver loaded and empty trailers using a drop and hook process
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route status, delays, and any equipment concerns
• Follow all Department of Transportation regulations, hours-of-service rules, and company safety procedures
• Maintain accurate trip documentation
