We are currently hiring for First Shift: 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday

What you will do

  • Set up complex workholding and tooling for multi‑axis milling of carbon fiber, fiberglass, and other composite parts and tooling.
  • Operate CNC equipment per internal processes and complete all required paperwork.
  • Interpret travelers, blueprints, and sketches to produce parts to spec.
  • Perform in‑process and final inspections to confirm specifications are met.

What you bring

  • Skilled trade/technical certification (preferred).
  • Proven CNC machining experience in a production or prototype environment.
  • Ability to read and apply technical documentation and blueprints.
  • Creative problem‑solver—no single approach fits every machining challenge.
  • Ability to multitask and execute in complex, fast‑moving settings.
  • Comfort with inspection tools: calipers, micrometers, indicators, and more.
