Responsibilities
- Inspect, label, and package clinical and commercial products with precision and efficiency
- Strictly follow documented procedures and quality specifications to ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate records, including device history, batch records, and inventory counts
- Conduct in-process inspections of packaging and components, removing defective items
- Assist with inventory counting and participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions
- Perform basic mathematical calculations to support batch record completion
- Clean packaging stations and equipment regularly to uphold hygiene and safety standards
- Adhere to PPE, contamination control, and hazardous waste handling protocols
- Demonstrate flexibility by working overtime and adapting to shift transitions as required
Required Skills and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Minimum 6 months industry work experience
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Experience with basic computer functions and simple math calculations
- Willingness to work second shift (2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.), with 4 weeks of first-shift training (6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.) and overtime as needed
Preferred Skills
- Experience in packaging operations or regulated manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Prior cleanroom or hazardous material handling experience
