Our objective is to make local companies’ voices heard through brand integration in great independent films. On a global scale, we create virtual product placement opportunities for brands in feature films. It allows to showcase a Brand only in the TARGETED territories.

Vacancy Description
We are looking for a high-performing Sales professional who will
assist us in our sales process and deal with customers in a professional
manner at all times aligned to our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
- Discover and identify strong potential prospects using logic and creativity, to generate outbound and inbound lead opportunities
- Provide engaging information about SPHOTS’s value proposition to potential customers
- Track the artwork of the brand for Product Placement (ensure that materials are received according to the requirements.)
Sales Management:
- Execute and follow the sales cycle to complete a deal
- Adopt various techniques to garner the attention of the brands
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the agreed time
- Maintain well organized, up-to-date, and accurate sales information and activity reports in the HubSpot CRM system
Communication:
- Understanding the potential customers and their needs ahead of presentations
- Confident presentation of the benefits of product placement
- Adaptability within various countries, regions, and cultures
- Establishing and developing positive business relationships with customers
Product Knowledge:
- Understand how the benefits of SPHOT's product and services can meet customer’s needs in business verticals
To work with a team:
- Work as part of the Sales team and be in touch with a team upon request
- Open communication about the performance: deadlines, time estimates,
time off (e.g. I can't work these days so my deadline will be pushed
back a few days, and so on); this provides thought transparency
- Self-discipline: organizing your work and lifestyle, prioritizing
tasks for the day/week; figuring out what needs to be done and then
getting it done
- Be extremely detail-oriented and constantly double-checking for errors
Key Requirements:
- You are interested to work at a startup based on a commission of each individual sale
- You have previous experience in B2B/B2C Sales (at least 1 year)
- You are experienced with global sales
- You are experienced in generating leads and ready to help us to generate leads for sales
- You are ready to work remotely across a variety of time zones (you will work with 10 different countries)
- Fluent/Advanced English in both written and spoken English
- You are ready to invest at least 3 hours per day in SPHOTS
We are a poor fit for you if any of the below is true:
You are not ready to work on a Revenue Share basis
You are not able to work across multiple time zones
You are not ready to generate sales leads
You are not fiercely independent and a self-starter
Conditions:
We work 100% remotely. We don't track time, we are result oriented.
We are working by our own schedule, nevertheless, as a team, we have one, or two weekly meetings scheduled between 9 am - 6 pm GMT+3 (Eastern European Summer Time)
All our Sales Agents do manual outreach
We work with 60 countries, 10 categories per each project. All we are experienced in cross-cultural selling and able to work in different time zones
All of us use their own facilities (laptop, phone, etc.)
We have no fixed/based salary and our conditions stated are applied to every team member
We offer Revenue Share: sales professionals earn a share in the company revenue. No fixed salary. We have a unique business model where we share more than just profit with our sales agents
