Hours: Monday through Thursday 7pm-4am, Friday 7pm-11pm
Weekend availability: Required as needed
Core Accountabilities (What You’ll be Doing)
Perform advanced preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on bakery equipment and facility systems
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and control systems to ensure operational reliability
Install, overhaul, test, and validate equipment to maintain optimal performance
Manage work orders, prioritize tasks, and document all maintenance activities in the computerized maintenance system
Coordinate with planners, supervisors, and parts personnel to ensure timely access to materials and accurate follow‑up actions
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and safety
Comply with GMPs, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements across all maintenance work
