French Customer Service Agent – Entry Level

Work Arrangement: Remote position (role to be performed from Greece)

Position Overview

Our client is recruiting French-speaking Customer Service Agents for a remote customer support role. The position is open to entry-level candidates and requires relocation to Greece prior to employment commencement.

Key Tasks

  • Provide customer support in French via telephone, email, and online communication channels

  • Handle service requests and questions in accordance with defined guidelines

  • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently

  • Accurately document cases and actions taken in internal systems

  • Adhere to service level agreements and quality requirements

  • Escalate matters when resolution cannot be achieved at first contact

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written French

  • Good working knowledge of English (level B2)

  • Previous customer support experience is not required

  • Comfortable working with computer-based tools and systems

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • Ability to perform duties independently in a remote setting

  • Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece
