When You'll Work

Choose between two 12-hour schedule options that include built-in overtime and regular days off:

• Rotating Day/Night: Week 1: Mon/Tues (6 AM–6 PM), Fri/Sat/Sun (6 PM–6 AM); Week 2: Wed/Thurs (6 AM–6 PM)
• Straight Nights: 6 PM–6 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule

Shift Differential: Earn a differential equal to 15% of your regular hourly rate for all hours worked between 6:00 pm and 6:00 am.

What You'll Tackle

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical problems across a range of industrial equipment.
• Interpret electrical schematics to pinpoint issues and implement fixes.
• Perform motor maintenance, including inspection, repair, and replacement.
• Apply your knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics to optimize machine performance.
• Partner with team members to drive reliability and uptime improvements.
• Document maintenance and repairs with clear, accurate records.
• Communicate equipment status and next steps with peers and leadership.
• Use basic computer tools for reporting and documentation.

What You Bring

• High School diploma or GED.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
• Solid understanding of electrical/electronic systems and the ability to read schematics.
• Mechanical aptitude with a focus on motor systems.
• Background with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfort with shop math.
• Basic computer proficiency for documentation.
