We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Victoria, TX, 77905. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed while operating machinery.
- Keep accurate records of production data and machine performance.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
