💰 Pay:
$20.00 – $35.00/hr
Responsibilities:
Operate and/or set up CNC machines (mills and lathes)
Read and interpret blueprints
Perform inspections using measuring tools
Maintain quality and production standards
⚙️ Grinders
💰 Pay:
$20.00 – $28.00/hr
Responsibilities:
Operate grinding equipment to finish precision parts
Perform basic inspections and ensure part quality
Maintain consistent output and attention to detail

🚀 Prototype Apprentice
💰 Pay:
$20.00 – $25.00/hr
What We’re Looking For:
This is an **entry-level, high-upside opportunity **for someone sharp, motivated, and eager to learn advanced manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
Assist with prototype and low-volume part production
Learn machining, setup, and blueprint reading
Support engineers and senior machinists on complex parts
Develop hands-on skills across multiple processes
