Shape the future of drug delivery at Adare
Imagine starting your shift, gowning up, reviewing the Batch Manufacturing Record, and stepping onto a spotless production floor where every move improves patient lives. As a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician on our Manufacturing Operations team, you’ll report to a Shift Supervisor and rotate across core oral solid dosage processes — dispensing, blending and granulation, compression, encapsulation, and coating — with cross-training provided as you master each technique. Every action you take follows cGMP and Safety standards, including meticulous documentation and gowning procedures.
What you’ll handle day-to-day
- Prepare and maintain production spaces: clean product rooms and equipment (mills, mixers, ovens, granulators, etc.) and keep work areas orderly per SOPs.
- Set up the dispensing room according to SOPs and the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR); document every setup and cleaning in logbooks and required paperwork.
- Dispense raw materials per SOP and Production Batch Record; verify approved raw/packaging materials against the BMR, check expiry and retest dates, and issue materials while updating the Production Batch Record, inventory card, and other records.
- Execute granulation operations and operate coating equipment, including Coating Pans (Accela Cota, Compulab) and dust collectors.
- Compress and encapsulate products as specified in BMRs; run encapsulation equipment and clean encapsulation and tablet compression equipment thoroughly.
- Operate tablet compression assets such as Kilian S520, Syntheses 500, tablet presses, drum lifters, dedusters, metal detectors, scales, micrometers, hardness testers, printers, and inspection machines.
- Follow cGMP, departmental SOPs, and Safety Policies at all times; adhere to your schedule and perform other duties as assigned.
- Complete all required company training and maintain the ability to wear respiratory protection (medical clearance required).
Tools and techniques you’ll master
Dispensing, granulation, blending, compression, encapsulation, coating, and comprehensive cleaning and documentation — all under cGMP with continuous cross-training as you progress.
