Superior Beverage Group has served Northeastern and Central Ohio since 1922. As a Local CDL-A Distribution Driver, you’ll deliver beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to retail accounts, help merchandise and rotate product, and be the face of a trusted family-owned brand.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay: $25.00/hr and up
  • Bonus: $1,000 sign-on
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, first shift
  • Work-Life: Home daily; weekends free

Core Responsibilities

  • Operate company vehicles safely along assigned local routes.
  • Use maps/GPS to navigate and complete deliveries within scheduled windows.
  • Deliver to retail accounts; verify orders, collect payments, and provide professional customer service.
  • Rotate and face products to ensure freshness and proper presentation.
  • Maintain accurate driver logs; complete all paperwork at end-of-day check-in.
  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections.
  • Work effectively in all weather conditions: rain, snow, heat, or cold.

Physical & Safety Expectations

  • Lift/maneuver kegs up to 168–170 lbs and cases about 35–40 lbs (with a dolly).
  • Frequent bending, twisting, and entering/exiting the truck.
  • Safety-first environment with gloves, PPE, and well-maintained equipment.
  • Clean, organized warehouses and vehicles; temperature-controlled facilities for loading, check-in, and breaks.

Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class A; clean driving record.
  • DOT Medical Card.
  • Proficient math skills for accurate payment handling.
  • Experience with forklifts and equipment dollies.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather.
  • Proficiency expectations: DOT Medical Card, Driver’s License, Customer Service, Loading/Unloading Vehicles, Current CDL License, Meets Physical Requirements.
