Remote Customer Care Representative | Flexible Hours | Training Provided

We are seeking a Remote Client Experience Specialist to support clients through scheduling, coordination, and service-related communication in a fast-paced remote environment. This role is well suited to individuals who are organized, reliable, and enjoy working directly with people in a structured support capacity. Training will be provided. The position is remote and open to candidates based in Omaha, NE and the surrounding area.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing client communications and responding to support requests
  • Coordinating schedules and handling appointment-related tasks
  • Assisting with service updates and client follow-ups
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating systems
  • Delivering a consistent and professional client experience

Qualifications and skills:
