Role focus

• Guide a 7-person maintenance team—set priorities, mentor, and build capability.
• Tackle complex problems that span mechanics, controls, and material behavior.
• Keep both automated and manual equipment performing at peak.
• Own care and uptime for:
  • Labeling equipment
  • Tube filling machines
  • Cellophane overwrapping systems
• Work with European-manufactured machinery using Siemens PLCs—troubleshooting only; no programming required.
• Partner with production to minimize downtime and boost overall efficiency.

What sets you up for success

• Deep mechanical aptitude and a knack for diagnosing unfamiliar faults.
• PLC troubleshooting experience without the need to code.
• Background in personal care, pharma, or food production environments.
• Proven leadership in maintenance or operations; excellent English communication.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
