Based in Waukesha, WI, you’ll join Wildeck’s production team on second shift (Monday–Thursday, 3pm–1am) to ensure our steel platforms, lifts, and safety products look and perform their best. Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, you’ll prep, spray, and finish components using both solvent-based and powder coatings while keeping quality, safety, and efficiency front and center.
You clock in mid-afternoon, review the paint schedule, and confirm color selections for the next run. You mix coatings to spec, set up manual paint pumps for short runs or special colors, and stage oversize parts for the manual spray booth. After power washing and drying, you apply a consistent, protective finish—then flush and clean spray equipment with solvent to keep everything running smoothly. Throughout the evening, you monitor and maintain the paint exhaust filter system, communicate with teammates, and document your work. Before heading out, you tidy your area and prep what’s needed for the following day.
