Imagine starting your day reviewing the service backlog, prioritizing urgent customer requests, and mapping out the parts and tooling needed to keep advanced CNC systems humming. By mid-morning, you’re on a call guiding a field engineer through a FANUC diagnostic, followed by aligning quotes and POs so the next on-site intervention lands on time and on budget. In the afternoon, you connect with after-sales, parts, and engineering to resolve a customer issue, then close the loop with a crisp report that builds trust and keeps projects moving.
That’s a typical day for our CNC Machinery Service Operations Coordinator at EMAG LLC—a role where technical depth meets operational orchestration.
