Principal Software Integration Engineer
Caddis Solutions is a Maryland-based engineering company supporting mission-critical work across the U.S. Department of War and Intelligence Community. Our engineers solve challenging technical problems across software, cloud, SI/ML, data, and systems engineering.
Bring the software layers of a High Performance Computing (HPC) cluster together so the environment stays dependable. This role connects software integration and hands-on support with Linux troubleshooting, scripting, and automation across a large-scale computing stack.
What you’ll work on
- Integrate software across HPC clusters and investigate problems that span Linux hosts, job scheduling, storage, and high-speed networks.
- Use Python or shell scripting to automate support tasks and work through operational issues.
- Draw on experience with technologies such as Slurm, Lustre, VMware, and InfiniBand when diagnosing interactions across the environment.
Experience and education
This role requires at least 10 years of relevant experience with a qualifying bachelor’s degree, or 15 years of relevant experience without a bachelor’s degree.
