Class A Regional Truck Driver - WELCOMING CDL GRADUATES - Home Weekly

Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A CDL drivers, including new CDL graduates, for regional runs in AZ, CA, and NV. Drivers will operate company‑provided 53' refrigerated trailers on primarily no‑touch assignments with regular weekly home time.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate 53' refrigerated trailers safely and in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
  • Complete assigned regional runs within AZ, CA, and NV following planned routes and schedules.
  • Perform drop‑and‑hook and no‑touch freight handling; occasional live load/unload tasks.
  • Maintain accurate logs and ELD records; complete required paperwork.
  • Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
  • Represent the company professionally with customers and dispatch.

Compensation & benefits

  • $1,000–$1,400 per week (varies by miles and experience).
  • Mileage: $0.55/mi for new graduates; $0.61/mi with 6+ months’ experience.
  • Trainee pay ~ $680+/week during the 4–6 week trainer period.
  • $25 per stop; monthly performance bonus $0.06/mi (criteria apply).
  • Full benefits (medical, dental, 401(k), PTO) after 30 days.

Schedule & equipment

  • Regional Western 3 lanes (AZ, CA, NV) with predominantly no‑touch refrigerated freight.
  • Average weekly miles: 1,500–2,000. Regular weekly home time with a 34‑hour reset; day or night shifts as required.

Training

  • Paid 4–6 week OTR/regional training program with a trainer/mentor for drivers with under 6 months’ experience.

Minimum qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL; minimum age 21.
  • Graduated from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours).
  • Reasonably clean driving record (no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions in the past five years; no DUI convictions).
  • No recent felony convictions; other offenses reviewed for safety‑related disqualifications.
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens and required background checks.
