Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector - Fountain Inn, South Carolina
Immediate Hires - Day Shift Position
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

*This position will consist of visual inspection of all interior automotive parts - weighing up to 10 pounds. Some gauging and measuring of parts will be required as well.
Shift : Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm


Summary of the Quality Inspector:
Inspect parts per written instruction supplied by customer or CER Management as effectively and efficiently as possible.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector:
Inspects designated materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual or dimensional inspections; rejecting and recording unacceptable materials
Document inspection results by completing reports and logs
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations

Educational and Experience Requirements of the Quality Inspector:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous automotive quality inspection REQUIRED
Previous use of gauges, calipers, and micrometers PREFERRED
Criminal background check and drug-screen required prior to hire
