Chat Support Agent ( Remote/Office)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Chat Support Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through our chat platform. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy helping others, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Technical knowledge or experience with chat platforms is preferred
