Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You have earned your Class A CDL. We are seeking recent CDL school graduates in Newark, NJ to join our expanding Eastern fleet. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, build confidence on the road, and begin earning promptly.

• Compensation: $1,600–$1,800+ weekly
• Pay schedule: Paid every Friday
• Training: Paid training for a full month
• Bonuses and benefits: Safety and performance bonus opportunities; full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k)
• Other: Driver and pet policy; paid orientation

Job overview:

• Predictable regional routes operating out of Newark, NJ
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support

Training program:

• Drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction are eligible for the paid training program
• Trainees work with an experienced mentor, focus on safety, and gain the driving experience required to advance

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
