Custom Truck One Source (CTOS) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our St. Paul location. This position oversees Service, Parts, Rental, Assembly, and Sales Operations, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, profitability, and employee development.
We're looking for a proven leader with experience in Rental and Service of heavy equipment, commercial trucks, utility equipment, aerial equipment, or related industries who can drive performance while building a strong safety and customer-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across service, parts, rentals, assembly, and sales.
- Manage site performance, financial results, KPIs, and operational goals.
- Coach and develop department managers and employees.
- Drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Review estimates, repair orders, inventory management, and rental utilization.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support revenue growth.
- Develop staffing, training, and workforce plans.
- Ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the facility.
Qualifications
- Management experience in heavy equipment, utility equipment, aerial equipment, commercial truck, construction equipment, or related industries.
- Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing multiple departments and direct reports.
- Knowledge of service, parts, rental, and production operations.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
