CDL A School Graduate - Regional Truck Driver

Our company is recruiting CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no experience to join a regional fleet based in Detroit, Michigan. Positions offer consistent freight and mileage, regular weekly home time, competitive weekly pay, and a full benefits package effective from the first day of employment.

• Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (direct deposit weekly). Safety and performance bonus opportunities available.

• Paid training: Fully paid three‑ to five‑week program for new CDL graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
• Schedule & equipment: Regional routes originating from Detroit with regular weekly home time. Primarily no‑touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop‑and‑hook. Assigned late‑model (2024–2025) Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
• Minimum qualifications:
  • Valid CDL‑A license.
  • Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required.
  • Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
  • Ability to meet Department of Transportation (DOT) hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and a pre‑employment drug test.
