Sand Mold Production Associate – Steel Foundry

Your schedule
- Evening shift: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
- Night shift: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
- Daily and weekend overtime required
What you’ll handle
- Operate and support molding equipment for railroad wheel manufacturing
- Rotate through various stations in the molding department
- Capture accurate measurements and production data; complete precise data entry
- Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
What we’re looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of screening and skills tests prior to interview
- Detail orientation and a self-starter attitude
- Comfort working independently and in a fast-paced foundry environment
Pay and benefits
- Starting wage is $24.06 or higher depending on the position
