What a 2nd-Shift Day Looks Like
You arrive ready to contribute. After a quick team huddle, you move to your station on the production line. Throughout your shift, you assemble and package products, check quality, label items, and keep your area tidy and safe. You help the team hit daily production goals and jump in on warehouse or production projects when needed.
Role Highlights
- Employment Type: Full Time – Weekly Pay
- Pay Range: $15.00 – $17.50 per hour
- Schedule: 2nd Shift
- Locations: Montgomery, IL and Aurora, IL
What You’ll Do
- Operate on a production/assembly line to package a variety of products
- Perform basic material handling and move light boxes prior to shipping
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Label products and packaging correctly
- Support warehouse and production projects as assigned
- Follow company policies, procedures, and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Meet or exceed daily production targets
