A day in this role

Whether you join our 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, you start by preparing your workstation and reviewing the production plan. You’ll configure plastic molding equipment to spec, bring machines online, and keep a vigilant eye on how each run is performing. Throughout your shift, you’ll balance quality, safety, and uptime—making smart adjustments and solving problems as they arise.

What you’ll do

• Set up and operate plastic molding machines following established procedures and specifications.
• Continuously monitor machines in cycle, verify proper operation, and adjust parameters when needed to maintain performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic preventative tasks to keep equipment running optimally.
• Inspect finished parts, confirm quality standards, and make process tweaks to correct any variances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Track raw material levels and notify your supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work area throughout the shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
