Full Job Description

We are hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers, including newly licensed and entry-level drivers, for dedicated regional positions based out of Cocoa, Florida.

NO PREVIOUS PROFESSIONAL CDL-A DRIVING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR ELIGIBLE TRAINEES!

Enjoy consistent dedicated freight, competitive weekly earnings, and frequent home time opportunities.

Drivers operate regional routes throughout Central Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.

HOME EVERY OTHER DAY POSSIBILITIES! Weekly overnight layovers are expected, with home time depending on assigned routes.

Compensation

Average weekly earnings: $1,200–$1,300

Flat-rate pay per load

$10 per stop

$0.11 per mile

Approximately 1,600–2,400 miles weekly

Driver Performance Bonus opportunities

Entry-level trainee pay differs from experienced-driver earnings

Home Time & Schedule

Home every other day possibilities

10-hour breaks at home when routes permit

Weekly 34-hour restarts

Potential for two consecutive days home midweek

Night shifts, typically starting between 3 PM and 8 PM

Overnight layovers expected weekly

Weekend and holiday work required

Job Responsibilities

Transport refrigerated freight on regional routes

Deliver to retail and distribution locations

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Complete assigned deliveries with live unloading

Maintain accurate driving records

Follow DOT and company safety procedures

Operate in a slip-seat environment

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)

No previous CDL-A experience required for eligible trainees

Experienced drivers also welcome

Must live within 75 miles of Cocoa, FL

Available for night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Willing to complete overnight regional routes

Comfortable with slip-seat operations

Must meet applicable DOT and FMCSA requirements
