Is This You?

• Do you have 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience (preferred)?
• Do you hold an EPA Universal Certification?
• Do you know HVAC best practices and local codes inside and out?
• Are you fluent across HVAC functions—airflow, combustion, refrigeration, and electrical?
• Do you have a valid driver’s license and a customer-first mindset?

What You’ll Work On

• Deliver an exceptional service experience through efficient work and effective communication with homeowners.
• Diagnose, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of residential systems: traditional forced-air, steam and hot-water hydronic, oil, high-velocity, geothermal, and ductless.
• Use specialized diagnostic tools to tackle airflow balancing, fuel delivery, refrigerant levels, and electrical issues.
• Keep your vehicle stocked to complete flat-rate repairs on the first visit whenever possible.
• Support the development of junior service technicians.
• Adhere to Ace Hardware Home Services (AHHS) procedures and service department administrative steps.
• Work within the Service Titan platform for dispatch, estimates, and records.
