By 6:00 a.m., your machines are set, SOPs are open on screen, and you’re fine‑tuning parameters through the HMI to hit the day’s goals. Mid‑shift, you spot a minor jam, troubleshoot quickly, and keep output on track. Whether you prefer mornings or nights, you’ll be the steady hand ensuring a smooth, safe, and efficient run.

Schedule & pay details
- Day and night options: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm or 6:00 pm – 6:00 am
- 2–2–3 rotation with built‑in overtime and regular days off
- Night shift differential: additional $1.25 per hour
What you’ll do
- Execute Standard Operating Procedures to uphold product quality and consistency.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to remove waste and improve flow.
- Set up equipment for production runs to minimize changeover time and downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot packaging machinery and HMI interfaces.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet output targets and hit deadlines.
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with plant safety rules.
- Record production data and promptly escalate discrepancies to leadership.
What you bring
- High School diploma or GED
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
- Comfort with shop math for measurements and calculations
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and machine operation
- Hands‑on familiarity with packaging machines and HMI systems
- Team‑first mindset, strong attention to detail, and commitment to quality
You should be proficient in
