Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

We are seeking recent Class A CDL school graduates to join an expanding Eastern fleet based in Worcester, Massachusetts. This opportunity provides paid, mentor-led training designed for new drivers who want to gain practical experience, build confidence on the road, and begin earning promptly.

• Compensation: $1,600–$1,800+ weekly

Job details:

• Predictable regional routes serving Worcester, MA, and surrounding New England/Eastern U.S. markets
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks assigned to each driver; no slip seating

Training program:

• Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Assigned mentor during training with a focus on safety and on-road experience

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and employer hiring requirements
• Availability to start as soon as possible
