A day on our forming line
You start your day on the floor at 6:00 AM, review the production schedule, and ready your station to turn WIP into finished product. As the line comes up to speed, you listen for subtle changes, watch indicators, and keep the machine running smoothly. Over the course of the shift, you’ll handle changeovers, verify quality, complete documentation, and keep the area clean so the next person can pick up exactly where you left off at 6:00 PM.
