A growing manufacturing facility in the Liberty, SC area is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join its maintenance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong industrial maintenance background who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and keeping production running efficiently.
Perform preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
Diagnose and repair 3-phase motors and other industrial electrical equipment
Repair pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, fittings, and other hydraulic components
Perform mechanical repairs, equipment adjustments, and component replacements
Assist with electrical wiring, conduit, and equipment installations
Complete basic welding and fabrication when needed
Troubleshoot production machinery and automated equipment
Support preventative maintenance programs and minimize equipment downtime
Assist with general facility and equipment maintenance as needed
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
Strong knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
Experience working with 3-phase motors
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
Experience maintaining manufacturing or production equipment
PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
CNC, injection molding, or die casting equipment experience is a plus
Welding and fabrication experience is helpful
Ability to troubleshoot independently and work effectively with a team
$30–$32/hour
