What you’ll do

• Operate stand-up reach equipment to store, retrieve, and stage goods within racking systems.
• Load and unload trucks and containers with attention to safety and speed.
• Conduct inventory counts and rotate stock to maintain accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily throughput goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a tidy, organized work area.
• Report malfunctions or safety concerns immediately to supervision.

What you bring

• Proven experience operating a stand-up reach forklift in a warehouse setting.
• Forklift certification preferred; training may be provided for strong candidates.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow directions precisely.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; adaptable to changing priorities.
• Track record of meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
• Able to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
