Your Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate, assist, and mentor associates who maintain and run all equipment across production cells.
• Deliver hands-on training for preventive maintenance tasks and safe machine operation.
• Own machine setups to prepare for production runs, confirming compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Resolve equipment issues quickly: clear faults and restart machines to minimize downtime.
• Track scrap accurately every day and ensure proper disposal; complete required rework by day’s end.
• Lead and motivate the team; provide coverage on the line or at a process station when needed.
• Notify the Team Leader or Production Manager immediately of any quality concerns.
• Contribute ideas and effort to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills You Bring

• GD&T interpretation and practical application.
• Mechanical/electromechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Accurate tape measure reading and precision hand metrology.
• Spindle maintenance and repair know‑how.
• Proven capability in machine setups for production changeovers.
• Manual machining proficiency.
