10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers based in Emmaus, PA for a Northeast fleet offering consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Routes generally run from northern North Carolina through New England and as far west as eastern Ohio, with typical home time on Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset.
- Sign-on bonus: $4,000
- Pay: $0.80–$0.85 per mile; up to 3¢ per mile performance bonus based on safety, mileage, and productivity
- Average miles: Approximately 1,500 miles per week (dependent on hours and freight availability)
- Average length of haul: Around 400 miles
- Additional pay: $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and beyond; $65 for Long Island deliveries; detention pay $12.50 per hour after 2 hours
- Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
