Join Next Gen HR Solutions in Fairfield, Ohio as a full-time, temp-to-hire Order Pick-Pack Specialist. First shift opportunities pay $15 per hour; second shift pays $16 per hour. Exact workdays and start/end times will be confirmed during screening.

Your Impact Day-to-Day

• Prepare orders by picking, packing, labeling, and sorting products accurately.
• Move materials to keep production and warehouse operations running smoothly.
• Follow work instructions and conduct basic quality checks.
• Own the 5S: keep your station safe, clean, and organized.
• Contribute to team goals for safety, quality, and productivity.

What You Bring

• Reliable attendance and ability to commit to the confirmed first-shift schedule.
• Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Safety-first mindset and readiness to learn processes.
• Experience in warehouse, production, packaging, fulfillment, or retail stockroom is helpful but not required.
• No forklift license needed unless a later assignment specifically requires one.
