We have an open position for Lead Generation Manager in our Sales Department.

Position Description:
We are looking for self-driven and hardworking people, who are passionate about producing results.
To obtain the position of Lead Generation Manager in SPHOTS and become a professional Account Manager you should take our training and pass the quiz. It is free of charge.
We have developed a training program to teach you the best practices and strategies of lead generation. We will give you the information and tools you need to start your career with SPHOTS.
Requirements:
- You may not have any sales or lead generation experience but you want to learn and develop in the sales industry
- You should be able to work independently and under pressure
- Your English at least upper-intermediate level
- You should be able to invest at least 3 hours per day
- Self-learning: getting basic HubSpot CRM knowledge through HubSpot tutorials
We expect you to share SPHOTS values and respect the following rules:
- Work in conjunction with the Sales team and be in touch upon request
- In-time communication of meeting deadlines, questions, sick leave, days off / vacation. This provides thought transparency
- Self-discipline: organizing your work and lifestyle, prioritizing tasks for the day/week; figuring out what needs to be done, and then getting it done
- Be extremely detail-oriented and constantly double-checking for errors
Your Day-to-Day:
- Market research
- Discover and identify strong potential prospects using logic and creativity
- To work closely with the Account Manager to ensure leads are generated within the correct profile
- Conduct professional social network research (LinkedIn, Facebook, AngelList, Quora, Contact Databases, SimilarWeb, etc.)
- Fundamental research of the companies and contacts within focus markets and target companies
- Meeting setup
- To deal with prospects professionally at all times aligned to our brand values
- Put all the information about the prospects in HubSpot
We offer:

- 3 USD for each meeting scheduled (paid at the end of the month)
- 30 USD for each deal that the Account Manager closes from your Lead
