- Senior Swiss Machinist (1st Shift): $28.00 – $33.00/hour
- Swiss CNC Operators (2nd Shift): $20.00 – $25.00/hour + 10% shift differential
- Swiss CNC Operators (3rd Shift): $20.00 – $25.00/hour + 10% shift differential

Open Positions
🔹 Senior Swiss Machinist – 1st Shift
- Set up, operate, and optimize Swiss CNC machines
- Work with tight tolerances and complex medical components
- Edit programs, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements
- Mentor operators and support production efficiency
🔹 Swiss CNC Operators – 2nd & 3rd Shift
- Operate Swiss CNC machines in a production environment
- Perform inspections and maintain quality standards
- Load/unload parts and monitor machine performance
- Follow work instructions and support team productivity
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Swiss CNC machining (Citizen, Star, Tsugami, or similar preferred)
- Ability to work in a tight-tolerance, high-precision environment
- For senior role: strong setup, troubleshooting, and programming edits experience
- For operators: solid machining foundation and willingness to learn and grow
- Experience in medical device manufacturing is a big plus
