Working directly alongside the founding team, this is a true 0→1 operator seat — not a support role, but a high-ownership position where you'll drive high-leverage projects end-to-end across product, growth, operations, and partnerships. What You'll Do

• Founder-priority projects: Lead new market initiatives, strategy, and execution from inception to delivery
• Candidate experience & funnel: Improve conversion rates, quality, and outcomes for hundreds of inbound candidates daily
• Ops & systems: Design and implement scalable processes that keep pace with rapid growth
• Go-to-market support: Refine messaging, run experiments, and develop key partnerships
• Product feedback loops: Translate real-world user and client needs into actionable product priorities
• Learn how a high-performance early-stage team makes decisions and help shape the foundation of a category-defining platform

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate across founders, engineers, and recruiting stakeholders
• Experience with one or more components of the tech stack (TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL) or a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
• On-site presence in San Francisco (or willingness to relocate and work from the SF hacker-house setup)
• Prior experience in a startup environment or in roles with high ownership and accountability
• 2–6 years of relevant experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 USD annually
• Visa sponsorship available

Location

San Francisco, CA, USA. This is a fully on-site role. The team works and builds together in person — zero commute, fast feedback loops, and close collaboration with a small, ambitious founding team.
